Hnaya Skills Development Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit organization committed to advancing youth skill development, employability, and inclusive economic growth. The Foundation designs and delivers structured, outcome-driven interventions that bridge the gap between formal education systems and evolving industry requirements, working in collaboration with schools (focused on foundational skills, digital literacy, and early career awareness), colleges and universities (providing employability training, skill enhancement, and career readiness programs), corporate organizations (supporting workforce alignment, CSR initiatives, and industry-led training), and community institutions (enabling inclusive outreach and sustainable livelihood opportunities) to create scalable and measurable impact.
