Natasha Malpani launched Boundless Ventures, an early-stage investment firm setting eyes on the AI startup ecosystem from India. Formerly, she was a partner at Kae Capital. She had previously founded media venture Boundless Media and scaled Dice Media before her partnership at Kae Capital. The fund will write pre-seed and seed cheques across the AI spectrum including:-
- Consumer applications
- Infrastructure
- Agent tooling
- Vertical use cases in healthcare and logistics
- Make-in-India hardware
However, the fund promises to offer more than capital. It promises a supporting founder with storytelling, market access and network building. It will bring operational and creative experience to the table. Her move comes at a time when generative AI startups in India have raised $524 million in the first seven months of 2025—the highest in five years—as global investors increasingly back the country’s AI ecosystem.
Natasha raised the capital herself with the help of her personal network of friends and family. Moreover, Boundless Ventures has already started its work. It has invested in six startups already. Its current portfolio includes healthcare platform:-
- Super Health
- Robotics firm
- Armatrix
- Spacetech venture Piersight
- Knot which is a 60-minute fashion delivery platform
- 2 stealth startups in AI infrastructure and consumer AI
Malpani said, “We’re at an inflection point where AI is moving from experiments to infrastructure, and the next decade will be defined by the teams who can turn raw capability into enduring systems and categories. Founders who can marry technical depth with cultural fluency will be the ones who set the terms of the next wave. Boundless exists to back those founders before the world catches on. I built Boundless as the fund I needed as a founder: sharp, fast, and rooted in trust”.
